Consent to Collect Passports
Purpose:
We collect and securely store your passport for the following purposes: Registration to the sixteenth meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP16) to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD).

By signing the form, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your passport and any personal information contained within it. This information will be used solely for the purposes stated above and will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to fulfil these purposes.
Data Security:
We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including: Limited access to authorised personnel only.
Retention Period:
Your passport and personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. After this period, the information will be securely destroyed.
